This position is on-site at our 5th Avenue location. This is a temporary assignment, expected to last approximately 1 year. This position is at-will and subject to Rogue’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry for various HRIS databases and spreadsheets, including Workday, Google sheets, and more
• Provide day to day administrative support for all HR processes, including the new hire, job change, and termination processes
• Maintain department email and voicemail inboxes, and respond to and direct inquiries as needed
• Assist with other general administrative tasks, such as scheduling travel or company wide meetings
• Interact with and assist team members during HR office hours
• Track and audit uniform deliveries, orders, and invoices (Cintas and internal)
• Prepare and post company wide memos
• File and maintain confidential employee files and records

Qualifications

• Above average organization skills and ability to thrive in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent computer and data entry skills
• Exceptional confidentiality and discretion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements

• The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp/manipulate objects
• Able to climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Reach with hands and arms
• Must be able to remain seated for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift files, uniforms, and open filing cabinets
• Able to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, wrist
• Must be able to frequently rise to stand and walk
