- Perform accurate data entry for various HRIS databases and spreadsheets, including Workday, Google sheets, and more
- Provide day to day administrative support for all HR processes, including the new hire, job change, and termination processes
- Maintain department email and voicemail inboxes, and respond to and direct inquiries as needed
- Assist with other general administrative tasks, such as scheduling travel or company wide meetings
- Interact with and assist team members during HR office hours
- Track and audit uniform deliveries, orders, and invoices (Cintas and internal)
- Prepare and post company wide memos
- File and maintain confidential employee files and records
- Above average organization skills and ability to thrive in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Exceptional confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp/manipulate objects
- Able to climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to remain seated for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift files, uniforms, and open filing cabinets
- Able to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, wrist
- Must be able to frequently rise to stand and walk
