Your role at Sephora:
As a Manager, Paid Social, you will lead the development of Sephora’s Paid Social strategy and activation in the US and Canada. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Paid Social, you will work closely with internal and external partners delivering results that are highly visible and critical to online and offline sales for the company. You’ll be part of a high-performing Media center of excellence, partnering with your teammates that run Affiliate, Paid Search and Display, and Brand Media.
In addition, you will:
- Provide education and guidance to internal cross-functional team members on social + video best practices and new beta opportunities
- Lead best-in-class Paid Social program execution through strong attention to detail; which includes budget management, program reporting, partner communication, and agency collaboration
- Partner with Analytics and Investment Strategy teams to understand and quantify the role the channel plays against a variety of KPIs including online/offline sales, client acquisition, and LTV. Must have deep understanding of data and attribution.
- Manage and support the day-to-day responsibilities of the Assistant Manager Paid Social
- Drive and develop the Paid Social channel strategy, execution, and optimizations
- Lead creative asset requests and manage creative intake from internal stakeholders
- Partner closely with the Organic Social team to drive program synergies
- Collaborate with Senior Manager and agency team to monitor delivery of monthly sales goals and channel objectives

- Own billing and invoicing process with Sephora Finance and Agency teams
- Track innovation within the industry, and evaluate and identify new opportunities and partnerships that will drive best-in-class channel strategies for Sephora

- Eagerness to learn about Digital Marketing and Media
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Deep knowledge of marketing and media technologies & tools, particularly Meta, YouTube, Snap, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing; Paid Social/Display/Video experience preferred
- 4 year Bachelor’s degree
The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $128,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
