We’re on the search for a talented student/recent graduate who is interested in making ads for progressive candidates and causes.

At Neo Strategies we do digital differently. We are young, energetic and have a deep understanding of how voters interact with the internet. We’ve helped candidates innovate and win races, from Congress to town council.

We bring a creative Silicon Valley mindset to everything we do, constantly iterating strategy, testing ads, and using data to make campaigns more efficient. We’re home to a fast-paced and strategic environment, and highly value divergent perspectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Work at least ten hours a week with Neo Strategies and client teams to script, storyboard, and produce video and banner ads in a fast paced environment.
2. Stay on top of the latest trends in digital advertising and ad buying.
3. Incorporate client brand guidelines into work, keeping all of our clients content on brand and on message.
4. Occasional travel for ad shoots.
5. Be informed of the latest political news.
6. Be a creative self starter.

Qualifications:

1. Experience working on one or more political campaigns and a passion for progressive politics.
2. Strong proficiency in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud Products.
3. Interest and knowledge in marketing, strategic communications, politics, and ad buying.
4. Willingness to work in a rapid-response and high stakes environment
5. Excellent written verbal and written communications skills.
6. A creative mindset.
7. Knowledge of filmmaking and cinematography preferred.
