Education & Accreditations

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Skills and Attributes

Required

  • Self-confident, ability to discuss and hold accountable all levels from interns to directors.
  • Detail-oriented. Must be able to go into the details of projects and understand their impact on the overall outcome and objectives.
  • Independent and self-manager. Ability to work with minimal supervision, understanding the objectives and goals of the department, and finding ways to put them into practice.
  • Resourceful. Must be able to come up with creative solutions to resolve scheduling conflicts as they unexpectedly come up. The cliché “thinking outside the box” to be able to get around obstacles on day-to-day.
  • Technology skills. Comfortable with learning and using new software quickly, and looking for new ways or software to work more efficiently.
  • Great organizational skills. Able to manage multiple schedules concurrently, plan them, and see them through conclusion.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel. Ability to effectively export data from existing software and manipulate it to provide useful reports to management. Ability to effectively create worksheets and reports to assist in managing and monitoring status of projects.
