Job title: Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

Reporting to Senior Director of Operations

Starting ASAP

Full-time salaried, eligible for bonuses

Who you are:

You're an organized, collaborative operations coordinator with DTC/Ecomm experience and hungry for personal and professional growth. You are looking for an incusive, flexible work "home" amongst a group of dynamic, brilliant people.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with affiliate and ambassador program administration within affiliate platform
• Own the organization and filing on Google Drive
• Create support documentation to live on site for use by customers
• Proactively handle delivery issues (return to sender, attempted delivery, missing carrier scans,etc) to maintain customer satisfaction
• Partner to solve any CS issues with tech stack or agency partners
• Create ship notices, new products, kitting requests in 3PL platform
• Maintain training and compliance logs
• Provide fractional customer service (CS) coverage on an ongoing basis
• Maintain parcel billing tracking documentation
• Coordinate marketing and affiliate product shipment
• Document SOPs for internal use and trainin

Requirements:

• Self-starter, "figure it out" attitude, looking for opportunities to streamline everyday business activities
• 1-4 years experience in a DTC/Ecommerce operations role
• Room for growth within tech stack/ecommerce operations, reporting/analytics, etc
• Empathetic and strong cross-functional communication skills
• Experience in Shopify and Google Suite a must; ability to learn other tech systems quickly
• Extremely organized

Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel):

• 100% remote, flexible schedule
• Travel ~1-2x annually for team gatherings/events
• US work authorization (Required)
• ET/CT time zones preferred

Comp & Benefits:

• Pay: $70-85k per year + Bonus opportunity
• Unlimited PTO
