Recruitment Manager at LSS Finishing Systems


LSS Finishing Systems is looking for an HR Manager to ensure we have a happy, engaged, and productive workplace where all team members realize our mission and objectives. While enforcing Vaya policies, you will lead important human resources functions including interviewing and hiring staff, onboarding, employee relations, engagement strategies, performance management, learning and development, and oversee our outside administration of pay and benefits. You are consistently promoting our values and shaping a collaborative and engaged culture. Additionally, you will partner cross-team to keep a pulse on the unique people needs in different parts of the business. Success is dependent on your ability to enable and drive meaningful performance management and team member engagement. Duties Include:

Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession-planning

Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise

Manage the talent-acquisition process, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding talent

Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent

Manage the company performance management process, including providing recommendations for and executing enhanced practices and tools

Develop and deploy the employee engagement strategy and implement a new engagement platform to increase team member satisfaction and retention

Co-author and execute learning and training initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for Vaya employees

Facilitate employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance

Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

Perform other duties as assigned

  • Oversees and ensures timely completion of performance evaluations of US based staff.
  • The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) for the US based team of Vital Software. Their duties include hiring and interviewing staff, administering compensation and benefits, and serving as a resource for US based staff, overseeing performance management and managing and leveraging full capabilities of our HRIS systems (e.g. Rippling, 15Five).

  • Manages and keeps up to date Vital’s on-boarding resources and process for new hires.
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees in conjunction with the Director of Human ResourcesInvestigate employee issues and conflicts and facilitates resolution.
