In this role, you will provide a wide range of operational support services including billing, financial reporting, resource scheduling, onboarding/training, and support with additional ad hoc internal projects and initiatives as they surface. What You Will Do


  • Utilize your relationship building skills to network and build strong relationships with internal clients
  • Help troubleshoot issues with business systems including, but not limited to, time/expense (STAR) and scheduling (ProStaff)
  • Learn and grow from direct on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs
  • Provide oversight of seasonal employee attendance and scheduling
  • Other general operational tasks including research and special projects and/or events as requested
  • Assist with the coordination of expanding business unit relationships and efforts related to team utilization across the firm
  • Assist with onboarding and training new employees on time/expense entry and billing systems processes
  • Develop and manage team sites and portals including the management of templates, tools and other standard documents to be utilized by the team
  • Enjoy friendships, social activities and team outings that encourage a work-life balance
  • Provide billing support including posting of charges and generating related financial reports as needed


Qualifications


Successful candidates will have:


  • Ability to work effectively and collaborate in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
  • Experience working with cloud-based peer-to-peer software platforms for teleconferencing and telecommuting such as Webex, Zoom, and/or Skype
  • Prior experience in a professional services organization, preferred
  • Keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A Bachelor’s degree, required
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, preferred
  • Availability to work some evenings and weekends as needed in order to meet client needs
  • Experience using resource planning, document automation and client billing software, preferred
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle matters confidentially
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Minimum of five (5) years operational or related support experience, required
  • Strong proficiency with basic mathematical skills and the ability to perform reconciliations
