Job Description

Swoon is working with a top global beauty brand to place a contract Logistics Coordinator to support their Outbound Retail Transportation team.


What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Proactively follow up as required to ensure desired service results
  • Point of contact for contracted carriers
  • Communication potential service failures to the appropriate parties
  • Perform daily carrier track and trace
  • Audit carrier and delivery schedules for accuracy

What's required?

  • Minimum 6 months domestic transportation planning experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, advanced skills in Outlook and Excel
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to new software programs and systems
  • TMS experience preferred


What else should you know?

  • Hours: M-F, 7am-4pm CST
  • Location: 100% remote
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Contract duration: 3 months
