Job Description
Reporting to the Operations & Communications Manager, the Administrative Assistant will participate in the implementation of certain operational aspects of the business, and ensure successful communication with the field leadership team, cross-functional partners, and third-party vendors. This role will focus on learning and mastering operational platforms that primarily benefit our field teams, supporting the Operations & Communications Manager in task completion, and working in collaboration with the HQ Operations Team as needed.


You will be responsible for:


  • Collaborate with the Operations team on key initiatives and strategy for overall [solidcore] vision and success within studios
  • Act as a liaison between [solidcore] and any external partners. Maintain studio supplies ordering platform by adding and removing products
  • Effectively coordinate shipping, track inventory, and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Intake monthly, quarterly, and yearly product orders to be shipped out company-wide such as studio wipes, gift cards, [solidcore] signature spray, etc
  • Ensure and enforce brand standards, deadlines, submissions, and overall compliance is being met across all [solidcore] studios and field leaders.
  • Awareness of operational components of the brand and mastery of internal platforms
  • Update and add Studio Teams to the [solidcore] app and website, including headshots, coach titles, and bios.
  • Be a role model of professionalism and compliance with [solidcore] company handbook including, but not limited to brand consistency, client relations, and attendance.
  • Maintain Brivo system updates, date ranges, accessibility, and effectively troubleshoot potential issues
What we need from you:


  • 1-2 years of operational and/or administrative experience required, project management experience preferred but not required
  • DC-based preferred, this position can be fully remote, HQ office space available
  • The position is part-time hourly

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines by being detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficient in G-Suite/Microsoft office
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a high-growth/start-up company or firm
  • Operational experience, hands-on customer service, hospitality, consumer goods, or service-based industry preferred
