Onboarding Specialist I, Payments & Screening in Onboarding Services is a blend of great service and focused project management skills. You will work as part of a smart, driven team to help our business and our customers succeed!

What you will do:

• Help customers adopt Payments and Screening Services with excellent influencing skills and a drive to succeed
• Prepare and compile reports and information detailing risk assessment findings and other data that contribute to approval/denial decisions
• Understand and follow established processes to meet 100% of compliance requirements
• Manage and maintain a daily workflow of onboarding projects to meet goals and customer expectations
• Conduct risk assessments through underwriting processes for customers to mitigate financial and reputational risk to Appfolio
• Give authentic, friendly, and helpful service to AppFolio customers, partners and other AppFolians

What we are looking for:

• Excellent relationship building skills and strong service commitment
• Great judgment and problem solving skills
• BS/BA required
• Analytical capabilities
• Technology experience, experience using Salesforce.com a plus
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite
• Work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
• Friendly, professional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner with precision

Compensation & Benefits
The hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $21.00 - $26.50.
The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
