• What we are looking for?

We're looking for a Country Manager, USA to oversee financial, operational, and all aspects of customer requirements including but not limited to productivity, customer service and inventory accuracy for warehouse, shipping, receiving, P&L responsibility, rate requirements and development of incentive programs at the facility. This position is accountable to provide leadership and development of associates, safety, human resource programs, and metrics for our USA operations. This position will be located in Dallas, Texas, is essential. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global company that is growing rapidly in preparation

• Ensures customer contract requirements are understood and utilized to meet business expectations.
• Ensures quality and accuracy of outbound shipments.

• Willingness to work significantly extended shift hours based on business need
• Outstanding, executive-level communication skills
• Excellent relationship skills, especially with employees and customers
• Experience managing P&L and accountability to make effective decisions
• 5+ years supervisory or managerial experience, global company preferred
