Sales Project Manager, National Accounts

THE OPPORTUNITY:

hint® water, one of the fastest growing beverage companies in the market, is looking for a dynamic, eager individual to join our team as a Project Manager, to support our National Accounts team. The job will be based from your home office. You will work closely with our team on planning, scheduling and completing other tasks to ensure operations run smoothly. Please Note, this is an administrative support role not a sales role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Work directly with broker and/or customers to complete all customer documents for current items and new items as necessary. Examples include: new vendor forms, vendor maintenance forms, route to market and order point forms, new item forms, promotional forms and cost change.

• Input information and key customer task in Repsly
• Support sample requests
• Promotional ad tracking and reporting
• Assist in “project tracking” for customer follow ups
• Set up conference calls by request
• Pull data reports via broker, distributor and customer portals including creating and maintaining scorecards
• Support distributor trade show annual calendar with planning the events; registering or each event, sending out booth set up and sample material. Place formal agenda on calendars for each event, etc
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features
• Maintain customer portals to input hint information, specifications, images
• Work collaboratively with hint and customer logistics departments to ensure timely deliveries
• Create and keep updated contact rosters or organizational charts for Acosta, KeHE, UNFI, Supervalu, ETC.
• Assist, set up, and track demo performance in all club locations
• Support current and new item forecasting

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate is extremely organized, proactive, and is hungry to learn and contribute. This is a dynamic opportunity that will give the candidate exposure to numerous sales initiatives and internal opportunities.

• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Certification in sales, marketing or related field is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Proven work experience as a sales administrator, sales support agent and with CPG is a plus
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Experience with IRI/Nielsen, Retail Link, and other customer portals
