This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition to helping us get work done, as a manager at Station Casinos, you are expected to support, develop, and inspire the people you are responsible for because we believe in a people-first approach.

Your role requires several outcomes or goals to be met. You are expected to meet certain financial, guest, and employee KPIs that are essential to our success.
- Complete 50 cold calls a month on new customers. Solicit new clients to visit property to create a stronger awareness of the Company within the travel industry. Handle all Site Inspections and input all correspondences and any information into Delphi.
- Book room revenue associated with the specified market, market segment and/or territory assigned.
- Answer incoming calls for group business and negotiate contracts with groups on behalf of the Durango Casino and Resort. Handle all leads that are received for the territory assigned to you.
As a manager, you are also expected to be there for your team, enable and empower them to perform, and build caring and trusting relationships with your team and peers.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:
Maintain a productive and effective working relationship with all hotels. Have an understanding of hotel occupancy and be careful when booking business. Be aware of Casino events, Holidays and citywide conventions
- Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a National Sales Manager or equivalent experience.
