Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Office Coordinator located in Dallas, TX. The Medical Office Coordinator will be responsible for performing billing and revenue cycle duties, managing front desk work flows, insurance denials, verifying insurance, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service. The Medical Office Coordinator will also maintain medical records and communicate with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a medical office setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to verify insurance and knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and revenue cycle management is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
