Outpatient Medical Biller / Collector

aQua Dialysis is seeking an energetic, experienced Medical Biller/Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years recent experience billing and collecting for facility dialysis or outpatient setting.

aQua Dialysis manages multiple dialysis units in Texas. The Revenue Cycle office is located in Hurst, TX. This is primarily a work from home position, but you will need to be in driving distance of the office.

In this role, you will bill multiple facilities monthly and do follow up for all outstanding claims. You will run reports from the EMR, research issues with system rejections prior to claims being billed, and work with the facilities to ensure all required information is received. You will be responsible for updating the patient's insurance data in the billing system, follow up on unpaid claims for all insurance types, and perform other related duties.
