Medical Front Desk Team Lead

Summary

A busy multi-specialty medical clinic is looking for a front desk team leader to manage front desk activities. Ensure team members follow the correct protocol for checking patients in and out, welcome the patients and families with a smile, and treat people with compassion and dignity. Needs to have a passion for health care and the needy. The candidate needs to be flexible and willing to learn new ways and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Make sure the patients do not wait, essentially create a structure for zero waiting time.
• Create a proper workflow.
• Train all team members to provide world-class customer service to all patients and families.
• Create Templates.
• Monitor call flow.
• Shift scheduling.
• Communicate with the clinical staff.
• Reports.
• Leadership.
• Promote a positive work environment in which team members willingly serve each other and refuse to tolerate the unacceptable treatment of others.
• Collecting propper documentation per facilities policies.
• Hiring.
• Responsible for filling up the doctor's schedule.
• Prevent now shows and cancelations.

Full-time position.

Haitian Creole or Spanish speaking preferred.
