Role Description


We are looking for a full-time/ Part Time Front Desk Representative to join our team at Pointe Plaza Hotel. This is an on-site role located in Brooklyn, NY. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. This includes answering phones, making reservations, and providing information about the hotel and its services.


Qualifications


  • Computer literacy and familiarity with hotel software
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of hotel services and amenities
  • Proficiency in making reservations
  • Ability to handle receptionist duties
