As Marketing Project Manager on the Lunya Marketing team, you will be responsible for hands-on project management of marketing programs. You will own the marketing development calendar for Lunya, tracking development of all marketing initiatives from concept to execution. You will orchestrate tasks, manage budgets and deadlines, traffic creative assets, and mitigate risks with grace and style. You know how to balance team workloads and understand the trade-offs between quality, speed, and cost. You have an eye for efficiency and always question how we can produce campaigns better, faster, easier. You are the glue that holds the marketing team together and you inspire the team to deliver their best work.
What you’ll do:
- Leverage project management tools to develop timelines and coordinate deliverables.
- Stay abreast of interactions between marketing-led projects and other company initiatives.
- Coordinate with Merchandising to ensure creative needs are met for their development calendar.
- Manage marketing projects orchestrating who is doing what and when.
- Work across marketing channels to collect requirements for campaigns and evergreen assets and organize those requirements into creative asset production sprints.
- Communicate workflow and timeline to the Marketing Operations Manager.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Creative and Marketing team regarding creative assets.
- Organize & maintain all marketing program related documentation (Google Docs, Asana, etc.) and maintain a clean and organized file structure in team shared drives.
- Create and maintain the Creative asset decks.
- Lead weekly marketing sprint meetings to track progress and troubleshoot blockers to ensure projects are moving forward as planned.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to build consensus and design workflows to meet project deadlines.
- Manage timelines and workloads of the Creative team, including contractors.
- Establish and maintain a cross-company creative asset library system.
Experience needed:
- Understanding of creative specifications for digital creative assets (video, photos, copy, etc.)
- Experience managing digital marketing projects - either as marketing project manager at a brand or at an agency as account executive or traffic manager preferred.
- BA or BS degree
- 2+ years in a marketing project management or marketing operations role.
- Previous experience with photoshoots and creative production timelines preferred.
- Experience with Asana, Trello or other digital project collaboration software required.
