The Decision Counsel Project Management team is driven by a desire to partner with our clients effectively and coordinate needs across our strategy, technology and creative teams to understand client challenges and requirements. Project Managers help specify the work that Decision Counsel will provide, assign the responsibilities for each member of the project team, monitoring all deliverable components, and oversee the project timeline and process to ensure that every project achieves all goals, meets all milestones, and stays within budget.

The Decision Counsel Project Management Framework provides a structured process to guide most projects through key milestones. Project Managers are responsible for using this process to manage every client engagement.

Decision Counsel Project Manager Requirements:

The Decision Counsel Project Manager acts as the liaison between the Decision Counsel teams working on multiple projects simultaneously over a given time period and ourclients. Our project manager oversees all resources, often balancing clients’ needs and wishes with the recommendations of our expert team. The Project Manager learns the client’s business, their needs and goals. The project schedules range from a couple of days to six months.

A Decision Counsel project manager often is managing3 – 5 clients and 5 - 9projects at a time. This specific role is focused on one large client, Calix Qualified candidates will manage the progress of deliverables from clients, while coordinating outputs across the Decision Counsel creative, strategy, content and revenue teams. Typically, a project leader at DC focuses on current projects, with somefocus also invested in scoping projects for future bids.

The primary objective of the Project Manager position is to manage the projects such that they hit the Decision Counsel Four Project Goals (see below) on every project. Our ideal candidate is detail and process oriented, strategic, creative and able to get along with a variety of people (sometimes under a challenging deadline). They gently deploy their powers of influence and leadership, can juggle several deliverables during a given day, and always look for ways to delight our clients.Afterall its about them, not us.

Key Responsibilities of a Project Leader at DC:

• The PM works to ensure consistency with client strategy, requirements and goals.
• The Decision Counsel Project Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of specific projects.
• Manage 3-5 clients and 5-9 projects at a time
• She/he leads the client facing aspects of the project including scheduling, communicating deadlines, deliverables, etc.
