You start out learning how to play the game, then it’s friendly competition between you and your teammates for who becomes the all-star, and the MVP and even captain of the team. Once you’ve proven you can lead a team to victory, you get to become the coach an compete with other teams.

Except, instead of kicking a ball on a pitch, putting it into a hole, or batting it out of the park, you’ll be learning sales, marketing, client relations, and leadership skills whilst helping raise awareness and funds for local, national and global charitable organizations.

Your role as a Junior Project Manager within our Events Team:

Your primary responsibility is to execute sales, marketing and customer service initiatives and provide daily support to the management team. Daily activities include identifying consumer trends and solutions, implementing marketing programs to increase consumer exposure, and keeping detail records of all potential customer leads. Working face to face with the public is a staple part of your day so confidence is key! You need to bring your winning personality to the table every day making sure you are able to attract the attention of the public and engage them in conversation regarding our clients’ products/services. The role involves low pressure sales at our various private event sites throughout the Santa Ana region.

Given success in individual projects, this position will also have the opportunity to assist in managing territories, creating training materials and the potential for project management. The goal of the Junior Project Manager is to ensure that their client’s brands are recognized as industry leaders through increased revenue, brand awareness and increased market share.

Note: This is not a WFH position, so all candidates are required to commute to our office in Downtown Santa Ana, CA. No experience is necessary as we provide full training for this role.
