We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Project Management and Social Media-Influencer Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing projects while also assisting our social media and influencer marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in implementing successful strategies that elevate our brand presence, engage our target audience, and build meaningful relationships with influencers.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with marketing team.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignment, and risk management.
- Own execution of special brand initiatives including our experiential bus activations and holiday campaigns.
- Monitor project progress, identify and anticipate potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions and suggest process improvements, tools and optimizations where needed.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
2. Social Media:
- Support social media strategy aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
- Develop engagement with our community, for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of high-quality posts, stories, and other multimedia content.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Foster engagement and interact with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
3. Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and research potential influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating collaborations, and managing partnerships.
- Collaborate with influencers to create impactful and authentic content that aligns with our brand messaging.
- Monitor and evaluate influencer campaigns, measuring the effectiveness of collaborations and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the beauty & lifestyle industry
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in beauty and digital environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and experience in managing influencer collaborations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, creative problem-solver with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for Clean Beauty and Skincare!
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Asana project management tool is a plus.
