Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator (or Jr. Project Manager) to join our team in Burbank, CA. In this role, you will support operational project functions including financial reporting, invoicing processes, project reporting, consultant engagement activities, and assist the Program Managers in Delivery Playbook responsibilities.
Requirements:
• Experience creating and editing professional documents, status reports and financial reports • Experience creating and auditing project plans for data integrity/ accuracy, WBS development. • Demonstrated heightened attention to detail • Strong oral and written communication skills • Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio etc.) • Working experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Bring an analytical mindset to work everyday PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Working experience with PowerBI • Experience working in a production environment • Experience with Jira Administration JOB DESCRIPTION • Responsible for conducting HR functionality within the project; consultant engagement, morale initiatives, approving payroll, maintaining master roster, etc. • Assist Project Manager with creating and maintaining client facing and internal reporting within Dynamics and SharePoint • Participate in Evergreen internal collaboration initiatives such as FLEX • Responsible for the oversight and execution of consultant onboarding and offboarding process • Coordinate with Account Managers to set up interviews and manage interview tracking in Airtable • Support Project or Program Manager in interviewing perspective consultants for the program • Office and facility management (coordinate with 3rd party vendor for supplies, maintenance, building space, etc.) • Enforces policies and hosts quarterly consultant performance reviews, when necessary • Responsible for project wide communication and announcements • Document and distribute Project Leadership meeting minutes and notes • Facilitates project committees for personal and professional development of resources • Support the Project or Program Manager in project financial auditing • Partner with Project or Program Manager on delivery related initiatives
