Under the general direction of the Director of Marketing, this position will work on a variety of specific projects to support the membership growth and retention goals for the company’s medical group/clinic locations. The Project Manager is responsible for effectively developing and executing well organized work plans that meet business objectives and deliverable deadlines. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering an environment of collaboration and coordination. In addition, a strong candidate will be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders including medical group staff and providers and have an aptitude for business analysis, be able to effectively lead teams and have a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a health care background.
Education and / or Experience:
· Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities.
· Process Improvement, workflow benchmarking and/or evaluation process.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to executive audiences.
· Must be detail-oriented.
· Proficiency with systems and a variety of software applications
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Leadership, facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills required
· Broad knowledge of business functions
· Preferably 3+ years’ experience in an internal or external agency
· BA in Healthcare, Advertising, Marketing or related field
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Builds and oversees distribution of all types of communications related to projects including advertising, PR, collateral, giveaways, etc.
- Other duties as directed by manager.
- Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, organization of staff, and skills in order to execute initiatives. Investigates and validates improvement opportunities.
- Provides other related support as needed to improve the performance of the business.
- Serves as project leader for cross-functional initiatives that are intended to drive membership growth and retention.
- Monitors status of all plans and adheres to deadlines.
- Supports established committees by organizing and publishing agendas, documenting minutes, maintaining work plans, performing follow up, preparing, and publishing reports.
- Organizes work teams to accomplish project work, including identification and confirmation of participants. Establishment of a project plan, consistent work team engagement and productivity, meeting facilitation, consensus building, and documentation and implementation oversight.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $66,762.40 - $70,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
