Description
The Beverwyck Retirement Community, an independent senior living community, has an opportunity for a full-time Marketing Project Associate to work in Administration providing support to the management and professional staff.
What You Will Do

• Prepare administrative documents related to admissions
• Coordinate tasks related to admissions process
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events and managing marketing collateral
• Receive new sales inquiries, assign leads to senior living specialist, schedule tours, input information into database
• Communicate with prospects, families and professional referral contacts via phone, email and in-person

A Qualified Candidate Would Have

• High School Diploma/GED required; AAS preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in a progressively responsible administrative support position in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and typing skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Excellent customer service skills; organization, attention to detail, time management and the ability to multitask and answer multi-line phones.
