Job Details


We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role on our Growth | Marketing team to assist with day-to-day marketing projects across the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a rising marketing professional to gain experience in a wide variety of areas, supporting a high-function team and developing essential skills across the growth department - digital marketing, content marketing, event marketing, marketing operations, and more.


Our marketing coordinator will


  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to execute projects and activities in support of marketing campaigns, collateral creation, events, or PR and digital marketing programs.
  • Oversee firm’s promotion items in the company store.
  • Coordinate events, including registrations/invitations, event set-up, tracking, follow-up, and reporting for college campus recruiting, trade shows, industry conferences.
  • Business card administration.
  • Provide proposal assistance and content management support.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring they are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
  • Manage billing and payments for the Marketing | Growth team, including credit card reconciliation, and purchase orders/vendor management.
  • Assist the Marketing Segment Leaders in delivering results-focused marketing tactics by executing concepts and programs that will help meet the firm's client's strategic growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support the creation and delivery of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, videos, and advertisements.

Minimum qualifications


  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, accuracy, persistence, and dependability
  • Maintains professionalism and a "can-do-attitude" in the execution of all project-related assignments and tasks
  • Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects/tasks
  • A BA or BS in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Details


MGO is growing and we need an experienced, motivated, and dedicated Assurance - Audit Senior Associate with a background in public accounting to join the team. A career in our public assurance – audit sector will provide you with the opportunities to develop advanced technical auditing skills in a variety of industries.


This Assurance - Audit Senior Associate role will be working with our corporate audit team and be responsible for reporting to and working with management teams and staff to prepare and plan budgets and engagements, coordinate, and communicate with clients, develop, and exhibit a command of audit techniques and methods, all while ensuring best business practices are in place and client satisfaction is always met.


Essential Functions


  • This role may require travel, some overnight.
  • Prepare time budgets on engagements and demonstrate ability to assist in the planning of audit or client engagements.
  • Performing audits under of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Public Company Oversight Board (PCAOB).
  • Identify key issues facing clients and discuss possible solutions to increase quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure all work papers are complete, consistent, and contain procedures performed, evidence obtained, and conclusions reached.
  • Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise lower-level associates and lead engagements, including coordinate workflow with client; resolve intermediate to advanced audit, accounting, and client service issues; review work papers and other products produced by lower-level associates; and keep engagement progressing as planned and budgeted.
  • Prepare draft financial statements and audit complex areas such as debt, derivatives and/or unusual transactions.
  • Develop a command of GAAP, GAAS, GAGAS, and any other common audit techniques.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and other common audit methodologies.
  • Minimum of 2.5 but typically 3+ years of experience in public accounting, corporate accounting required.
  • CPA preferred or must be already sitting or eligible to sit for CPA exams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting OR Bachelor’s Degree plus requisite accounting coursework.
