Title: Marketing Manager or Director
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Compensation: $100k-$150k + Bonus + Stock
Must Have: Degrees in Marketing & Engineering
Newly Created Marketing Manager or Director to assist with market and product development and technology for commerical launch planning and execution.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead marketing strategies, implement tactics leverage market trends, uncover unmet market needs
Analyze economic, market and competitive data and communicate key information and implications to management team.
Create value propositions on customer insights: health economics, portfolio, product & clinical claims roadmaps, business case, price setting
Support development of product positioning and branding (packaging)
Conduct market research to inform positioning and support recommendations.
Develop/execute commercial launch to effectively promote products to patients, caregivers, clinicians and physicians.
Design communication and messaging plans and create promotional and educational tools.
Formulate pricing strategies for each product line
Work with R&D, regulatory/legal, medical affairs, ops and key opinion leaders ensuring cross alignment to market strategies.
Collaborate with product development team to identify, pursue, and negotiate agreements with potential partners.
Prepare forecasts to quantify launch potential and ensure appropriate prioritization of resources.
What You Need for this Position
Bachelors Degree in Engineering and MBA in Marketing Required
5+ years of Marketing experience
Experience working within MedTech, Biotech or Pharmaceutical marketing environments
Knowledge of Diabetes management a plus
New product development and participation in innovative projects
Excellent project management skills, with team player attitude and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to effectively influence and collaborate across functions
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail required.
High energy, innovative, creative, out of the box thinking mentality
Thrive as a self-starter in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Some travel will be required.
This position is Onsite within a Mandated Covid Vaccinated facility.
