Digital Marketing Specialist Jobs

We are seeking a highly creative and talented digital marketing specialist to join our growth and partnerships team. In this role, you will collaborate with other team members to create owned media growth strategies with an emphasis on content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative ideas for social media content and campaigns

• Design visually appealing marketing materials and digital assets including social media banners, video thumbnails, stories, merchandise designs, etc.

• Create short-form video content optimized for high attention retention on platforms like TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Repurpose content from podcasts, interviews, articles, and other company engagements in a creative way

• Create a content calendar to take charge of organizing posting dates and preparing all necessary content/visuals

• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to implement social media campaigns and opportunities

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio of diverse content formats (videos, graphic design, blogs, social media copywriting).

• Excellent video editing skills and ability to add text, transitions, graphics, and music to short-form content.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator (Social Media Graphic Designs) & After Effects / Premiere (Short-form content)

• A strong sense of organization and the ability to work on multiple projects while delivering quality media in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Is comfortable speaking and appearing on camera.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
• Familiarity with organizational tools: Trello, Google Sheets, Piperdrive.
• Familiarity with using Figma for creative assets management.
