Marketing Director Jobs

The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel growth and will have a web based background (UI, UX, SEO, landing pages). You should have a web based background as you will be managing a web developer and the rest of a growing team. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.Project management experience is key.

Responsibilities

• Work with corporate marketing team, vendors, and agencies.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
• Actively pursue new clients through creative/innovative sales techniques and aggressive prospecting
• Drive strategies to develop long term business relationships and repeat business
• Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
• Coordinate, plans and implements wedding, corporate and social related marketing tactics and events (primary client is event based)
• Manage marketing budget and show project ROI

Qualifications

• Experience running social campaigns
• Bachelor's degree and equivalent 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in graphic design
• Experience managing PPC campaigns
• Experience in and managing web development, UI, IX, SEO and landing pages

This position will be based primarily in Glendale. We also have a satellite office in Mission Hills.
