Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on messaging, lead generation, and customer targeting
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize return on investment
• Oversee the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, email campaigns, and social media content
• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify insights and opportunities for growth
• Manage the company's website, including content creation and search engine optimization
• Implement marketing automation tools to optimize lead generation and improve conversion rates

Requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of SEO and website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or HubSpot
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in B2B technology or software
• Proven ability to manage a team and motivate them to achieve goals
