Job Description
I am working on a role for a Prestigious NYC Law Firm . I am seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator that has experience working in either mid sized law firms or the big 4 account firms . Great opportunity !!
Responsibilities Include:
•Assists with planning and coordination of firm events, including client seminars, conference sponsorships and speaking engagements. Also responsible for being onsite (before, during and after) to assist with event execution.
•Lead point person on event sponsorships, materials, invitations, tracking and collection of data.
•Tasks include folder and database entries, creating and maintaining the events calendar and weekly updates, list organization, coordination between internal teams and external contacts, building registration and maintain all updates, and venue sourcing.
•Assists and collaborates with the department’s other functional teams, including the CRM team on research to keep the firm’s contact data system up-to-date and the events team on firm conferences, including regular on-site assistance.
•Assists with technologies and tools for firm communications, including email campaign software, CRM and other tools like Asana project management and Cvent.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
•Administrative tasks such as keeping calendars up-to-date and file system organized.
EDUCATION
•Bachelors’ degree in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
•Minimum of two years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
•Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power
