Remote Event Coordinator Jobs

We are searching for a friendly and professional Remote Event Coordinator to join our team. No prior experience is necessary! You will receive full training on how to plan holidays, suggest travel destinations, maintain client files, and manage large-scale events.You will have numerous opportunities to expand your knowledge by obtaining additional certifications and trainings.

Position Responsibilities:

• Research, organize, and book all trip plans as needed by clients. This may include booking: Hotel stays, Resorts, Car Rentals, Airport transfers, Airfare, Cruises, Tours and Activities, Concert/Sporting/Event tickets, and more.
• Create Quotes, Itineraries, and Invoices for clients.
• Communicate professionally with clients and teammates.
• Determine the clients’ wants, needs, preferences, and budget.
• Stay up to date with Travel Industry changes and Restrictions

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable internet connection, computer and/or smartphone
• Self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and be willing to learn and adapt.
• Be able to work independently, but willing to ask for help and guidance when needed
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Attend live and recorded trainings and meetings (you choose which trainings/meetings you want to attend).
