What We Do
Through our proprietary automated sales and marketing platform, Mastermind, we empower dealers to close more deals by predicting future buyers and consistently marketing to them. In short, we help automotive dealerships generate success in their loyalty, service, and conquest portfolios through a combination of turnkey predictive analytics, proactive marketing, and dedicated consultative services.
Summary
The position has three main areas of focus (with other responsibilities as needed):

• 35% - Working with team members to build flexible and variable marketing campaigns using HTML, JS, HTML, Pageflex, etc.; coordinate with the product and technical teams during campaign development and assisting with project coordination as needed; proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of the marketing process; participate in cross-functional testing and QA of campaigns before production deployments
• 35% - Update and maintain master templates and workflows used to produce marketing campaigns across different mediums
• 30% - Create, update, and maintain documentation for projects and processes

Minimum Requirements

• Highly skilled in JavaScript
• Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills
• Experience with templating building and modular/variable workflows and designs
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Highly skilled in: HTML or XML, CSS or XSL
• Skilled in SQL
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across a multi-functional team
• Familiarity with issue-tracking software (JIRA, VSTS/Azure DevOps)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Litmus (or comparable product)
• Experience working as part of a scrum or agile team
• Experience with print production/pre-press
• Experience with SQL
• Continually look to improve your professional career, as well as strive for personal growth
• Regularly assess your own performance and adapt your work to achieve better results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think quickly on your feet and handle ambiguity
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Experience with responsive design, media queries, cross-browser development, and mobile design best practices
• Experience with quality assurance, cross-browser testing, and accessibility compliance

• In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
• S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $64100 to $90,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
