Job Title: HTML Email Developer
Location: Remote in NY, NC, GA, IL, MA, OH
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
Position is Remote
What You Will Be Doing

• Remain organized and demonstrate a strong attention to detail and remain flexible through multiple revisions.
• Utilize HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive experiences for email.
• Ensuring all client-facing emails and newsletters are held to company and client standards.
• Perform coding and database maintenance tasks as required.
• Develop/modify email templates and existing campaigns.
• Knowledge of doing QA in Litmus, Outlook App and other email applications.
• Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues.
• Proactively work with teammates to improve processes and work methods for greater efficiency.
• Manage multiple project details and ensure all materials are proofed for errors.
• Apply the best practices in email development, email compliance regulations, and accessibility.

What You Need for this Position

• Experience in email marketing; including setting up, optimizing, and executing high volume campaigns.
• Prior experience with Google Analytics.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or similar web building programs
• Enjoy working both independently and within a team under tight deadlines while remaining positive to feedback and adapting to change quickly.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and produce at a fast rate of speed.
• Knowledgeable of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM)
• Knowledge and experience in the Adobe creative suite

Nice To Have (not Required)

• Experience with Pardot or Marketo emails
• Experience in SalesForce Marketing Cloud
• Working knowledge of AMPscript is a plus
