As Managing Senior Legal Counsel – Long Term Care, you will manage a team of attorneys and staff providing strategic legal counsel and advice to internal business partners on legal, contractual and regulatory issues for Omnicare, a leading long term care pharmacy. You will partner directly with senior Omnicare leaders to support innovation and growth of the business will mitigating risk. You will also provide regulatory and transactional support for the growth of Omnicare through acquisitions.
You will be managing a team responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts. You will provide regulatory guidance for the business and support growth initiatives.

The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 170,000
Maximum: 325,000
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.

- Collaborating with internal clients to provide advice on legal matters and driving transactions and contracting to completion.
- Partnering with other in-house and external attorneys and partners on contractual arrangements and legal and regulatory compliance issues.
- Identifying business and legal risks while providing solutions to balance legal issues and business objectives.
- Developing a keen understanding of the business and operational goals while developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Providing counsel on related policies and procedures and other operational and compliance issues.

Required Qualifications
- -Federal Anti-Kickback Statute
- Ability to anticipate issues.

- 8+ years of experience as a lawyer in a large law firm and/or in-house corporation setting within a larger enterprise organization.
- Currently admitted to a state bar and in good standing.
- 5+ years of contract drafting and negotiating experience.
- Possess strong intellect coupled with pragmatic acumen and proven practical discernment.
