Managing Driector - San Antonio, TX - $200,000(Onsite)

Our client is a leading civil engineering firm in San Antonio, TX, providing a range of services including design, construction management, and project management. They are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Professional Engineer to fill the role of Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of project engineers, task leaders, designers, and other project personnel to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that projects meet their needs and expectations

• Manage project budgets, invoicing, and scheduling of design activities

• Oversee design and management of various civil engineering projects in the city and county area

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of projects

Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university

• Minimum of 10 years of combined city and county local design and management experience

• Strong management experience in client relations, budgets, invoicing, and scheduling design

• Related local experience preferred

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
