Summary
This position is responsible for providing leadership and management for the Data Analytics team. Work with business partners to develop analytics solutions that enable data-driven strategic decision-making.
Job Duties
- Aligning analytics efforts within Supply Chain Services to support LVHN network goals and SCM Target Operating Model. Creating reports to help leaders make decisions about business strategy or performance using data analysis methods such as statistical testing, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling. Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes based on data analysis findings. Reviewing data to identify patterns or trends that may indicate problems with business operations or customer satisfaction. Developing new ways to use data to improve business operations or strategies. Partner with business process partners and data integrity analysts to generate data-based hypotheses, formalize and rationalize data definitions, develop standard processes, and oversee the creation of all supply chain financial reporting and KPIs.
- Develop standard data output tools to support cost and usage analysis Lead the teams to develop, align and deliver on measurable goals Partner with key stakeholders to build influence, evaluate, and challenge the status quo Support the preparation and presentation of business cases and cost models using complex data analysis and building financial models (i.e., KPIs, ROI, supplier scorecards, benefits tracking). Accountable for the overall management of analytic projects, including timeliness, quality, and customer value.
- Creates an environment where data and analytics professionals can develop their skills and grow their careers by taking on increased responsibility and adding value to the organization Ensures solid operational processes are in place to deliver across all areas of responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience ramping up analytics programs, including integrating with work of other teams to ensure analytics approach is aligned with department/supply chain strategy and available data.
- 1 year delivering analytic results working within database management, and analytics.
- Strong executive-level facing skills and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts with confidence to non-technical executive audiences.
- Experience with strategic planning using quantitative techniques.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Data Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business or Data Analytics.
Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.

Schedule: Full Time 40 hours, Evening Shift, M-F; 8:00a-4:30p
