You are responsible for
- Providing customer demand input so that Supply Chain teams can adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Customer satisfaction with Philips parts delivery as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS): target 85
- Work with the field to improve GIT (goods in transit) transit time by 10%, getting parts back on the shelf and reducing stockouts
- Improving the parts-fulfillment value stream, focusing on Time-To-Order and Time-To-Install, and working closely with the supply chain teams (procurement, SPS) on parts-delivery improvements—emphasizing the customer experience
- Increase defective parts return (DEFOA) credit retention rate by $400K annually by working with field service teams, DEFOA coordinators, and colleagues in Panama to resolve credits timely and accurately
- Drive improvements in Reverse Supply (in Mechanicsburg, PA) with our partner DHL and SPS team to reduce Field PRRs (problem returns) and other unidentified returns
You are a part of
The Philips Services & Solutions Delivery Field Operations team, which is a part of our broader North American HealthTech organization, focused on effective service delivery and continuous improvement to patient care. This role will work cross-functionally across Business Units, Procurement, Supply Chain, and national field service teams.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring a high level of collaboration
- Deep understanding of supply chain concepts and their financial and customer impacts
- Flexible work style, adaptable to internal and external customer requirements supported by a creative mind and the ability to think out of the box
- 7+ years of experience in demand management, project management (PMP preferred), process improvement, and/or supply chain & logistics management (stock in-bounding expertise preferred)
- Self-starter with ability to work in a matrix environment
- Industry knowledge of medical equipment supply chain preferred
- Ability to engage and influence functional leaders and stakeholders to make improvements to parts availability
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all department and organizational levels
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel with pivots and v-lookups), Power BI (or Tableau), and/or SAP
