The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for leading supply chain related projects in support of the BOC business objectives. Collaborates with business stakeholders and participates in strategic activities. Will lead teams to define and deliver multiple supply chain projects and initiatives to successful outcomes; including but not limited to continuous improvement, inventory management, capacity expansion, supply continuity, among others.

Responsibilities:

  • Plants - Monthly Inventory Review vs the Budget vs Projection
  • Provide SKU Rationalization Recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with Cross Functional Partners to recommend and drive projects within the BU and Plant to deliver all inventory commitments.
  • Ensure Master Data Accuracy.
  • Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to- day activities required to ensure projects are completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, established processes.
  • Work with technical partners to determine opportunity to utilize Power BI Inventory Health DB
  • Lead Inventory Projection Process and Inventory Budget Process working collaboratively with Plants, BU, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver an inventory projection and inventory budget.
  • Facilitate and coordinate Inventory Budget Process with the manufacturing sites.
  • Lead Cross functional meetings to drive actions towards Inventory reduction strategies.
  • Recommend master data updates in support of inventory strategy.
  • Drive Actions to Optimize Inventory to Deliver Inventory Commitments at a Plant Level.
  • Prepare Executive Level Presentation as required.
  • Supply chain management / planning software process improvement projects.
  • Work collaboratively with Cross Functional Partners to recommend and drive planning parameter updates in support of inventory commitments, service level commitments, lead time variability, demand - forecast variability, and product life cycle management.
  • Lead Monthly/Weekly inventory meetings.
  • Collaborate with Recode BU leads to document potential impact upon inventory commitment and drive action to meet inventory commitment.
  • Lead and drive all Inventory Management Activities and Processes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • MBA/MS in relevant discipline. (preferable)
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Access.
  • 5+ years Supply Chain, planning and/or manufacturing experience and Project Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or related degree
