Manager, Customer Supply Chain

The Manager, Customer Supply Chain, leads assigned customer supply chain strategy development and execution through direct interaction with customer supply chain business partners.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for developing insights and action plans from analysis and leads organization alignment and communication of learning with customers, collaborating to drive overall scorecard rating improvements.
• Collaborates and partners with internal cross functional teams to identify customer-facing supply chain efficiency opportunities and drive proactive organizational solutions.
• Provides supply chain expertise/support to sales teams through JBP presentations, strategic initiatives and customer business reviews.
• Leads assigned customer supply chain strategy development and execution through direct interaction with customer supply chain business partners.
• Builds both internal scorecards and manages customer-delivered scorecards.
• Leads customer scorecard development – tracking and data collection for assigned customers.
• Supports Director in delivery of aligned financial targets as well as execution of key corporate projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand impact of decisions and changes on end to end supply chain and to convert strategy into results, able to quickly identify and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated analytical approach to management of supply chain interface between supplier and the customer, root-causing constraints and service issues, and providing solutions.
• Effective communication skills with an ability to collaborate cross functionally, build relationships and excel in a team environment are essential; solid negotiation and customer relationship management skills required.
• Thorough grasp of key internal and customer forecasting, order generation, and order fulfillment processes.
• 5-7 years of experience in Customer Supply Chain preferably within a CPG industry
• Proficient understanding of fundamental business management and supply chain principles and concepts.
• Ability to build strong relationships internal and external to the business.
• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Operations Research, or other quantitative business discipline.
