Job Description
Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Data Operations Associate, Supply Team to join our remote team. The Operations Associate for the Supply team will work as part of a growing Supply Operations Team by building, cleaning, collecting, analyzing, and working with data to guide business decisions. This role is responsible for building systems and processes and communicating with other teams and departments regarding data. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.
Please note: This remote role is a contract position (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) that is based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be working flexible hours and available for team meetings daily from 8am-1pm PST (Pacific Standard Time).

Responsibilities:
Visualize and analyze team data to communicate it in a clear way to team members
Work heavily in Salesforce, pulling reports, cleaning data, implementing processes, and communicating with other teams and departments regarding data
Contribute to building a data library and data management systems and processes
Work with Supply Operations to ideate and plan strategies for new company initiatives and special projects
Respond to requests from Account Management and Sales departments by pulling relevant data or coordinating with other team members to ensure requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
Support nonprofit recruitment and onboarding process through research, data input and analysis, and email campaigns
Track, record, and compile account and performance data from Salesforce
Assist with email and other modes of communications to respond to questions and requests for information and resources
Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
Qualifications:
Fluency in English is required for this role
2+ years of professional experience with data management tools, such as Salesforce and MS Excel, are required for this role
Strong skills and experience managing, analyzing, cleaning and spending significant time working with data, pulling reports, and working within dashboards
Ability to take initiative in ambiguous situations, suggest next steps, keep projects moving, and think of what action items can be taken to do so
Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple daily tasks
Comfortable asking clarifying questions about designated tasks or systems
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills when communicating within and across departments
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment preferred

Attitude of problem-solving and creativity, with a keen eye for process issues and excitement about starting new projects to address them.
