They are responsible for ensuring that all land and real estate transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. They also work to maximize the value of the land and other real estate assets. Detailed Job Description A Land Manager is responsible for the acquisition, development, and maintenance of land and other real estate assets. They are responsible for researching and evaluating potential land and real estate investments, negotiating and closing transactions, and managing the development and maintenance of the land and other real estate assets. They must ensure that all transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. They must also work to maximize the value of the land and other real estate assets.
