Program Manager of Insights and Analytics will build mechanisms that help Partners engage and Delivery Associates operate at their best. The Program Manager will leverage data to build actionable insights and strategies to improve the Delivery Associate Experience at scale.

Key job responsibilities

• Leverage key business and experience metrics and partner feedback to design the overall Delivery Associate In-App listening strategy.
• Partner with business intelligence team members to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with WW DA Experience Team, DSP leaders, Operations leaders, and key business cross-functional stakeholders to help highlight critical experience gaps and action plans to improve the overall Delivery Associates Experience.

A day in the life

Partner with internal stakeholders and the Connections team to develop research strategies and specific question design while building out reporting, ensuring data is actionable, and providing recommendations to operations and partner teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
