Manager, Live Events Jobs

Job Details:

• Assist Senior Manager of Live Events, with event planning and logistics from inception to completion.
• Manage and execute a variety of on-site activations for our partners across all Barstool Sports tentpoles and franchises
• Recommend and research innovative and creative vendors
• Help manage and keep track of budgets for all events
• Work closely with various internal departments to align on talent vision, deadlines, budgets, project timelines etc.
• Liaise with venues, production teams and vendors on logistical needs to ensure a seamless event experience
• 30%-50% Travel required
• Participate in the strategic development of clients' overall sponsorship strategy and creative programming at all Barstool Sports events
• Have knowledge of putting on experiential live events
• Manage requests for custom activation elements including graphics, merchandise, signage, branding, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualities/Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs
• Self-motivated, focused, and goal-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude
• 3-5 years of experiential marketing or event coordination experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to ongoing and unexpected change; ability to pivot when required
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Passion for events, entertainment, and pop culture. Stays current on the latest event trends
• Willingness to travel on weeknights and weekends and work flexible hours including late and/or last-minute scheduling changes
