Position Purpose:
The Events Director will be responsible in delivering world-class & globally consistent event experience for Everise.
Job Requirements:
- Plan, manage and execute various elements of the event, including day-of-event management
- Understand the Company’s objectives and lead the development of the organization’s annual strategy for corporate events and involvement
- Assist in the venue/vendor selection and contract negotiation process and build excellent relationships with the appropriate partners
- Collaboration with creative services partner & other event partners on the various signage, branding & ensuring the accuracy of all collaterals
- Oversee travel, transportation, and hotel arrangements for attendees/staff for events
- Lead, communicate, and collaborate across external partners & internal staff - inspire confidence & excitement, and be a guardian of the event brand to ensure seamless delivery of the overall experience, event vision, and objectives
- Ensure effective financial management, including budget creation, cost negotiation, and accurate management and expense tracking
- Collaboration with the cross-functional teams for pre & post events
- Produce & manage hotel specifications, menus, audio/visual specifications, special event experiences, & logistics

- Highly organized & solution oriented
Knowledge
- Experience leading a diversity of events, either at internal or at external venues
- Extensive knowledge managing vendors and partnering with internal business cohorts in supporting operative events
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management
- Experience: 7-9 years experience in Corporate Events
