WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The Manager of Influencer & Content Partnerships requires the ability to provide strategic campaign counsel and management of the day-to-day influencer relationships on our largest global technology influencer AOR and entertainment accounts.
The day-to-day:
- Develop project campaign timelines, drive strategy development, and create comprehensive presentations that detail campaign objectives, strategy, tactics, rationale, budget allocation, influencer selection, and relevant documentation like content samples, data analysis, competitive overview, etc.
- Manage influencer invoicing and payment workflow to ensure timely influencer payments
- Bring a comprehensive understanding of the technology and entertainment space and its relationship to influencer communities
- Own internal and external communications with influencers (ie. client presentations, influencer briefs, brand and content negotiations, and management from signed contracts to reporting)
- In partnership with MarSci, provide clients with comprehensive campaign analysis wrap reports that evaluate all performance criteria
- Manage and track influencer budgets, negotiating, and contracting
- Manage client feedback/expectations and implement any updates and revisions required to secure content approvals
- Anticipate potential program or relationship issues, advising the Director in time for the agency to act proactively
- Provide client guidance and expertise to outline influencer selection, execution details, and timeline
- Establish trust, authority, and influencer rapport through confident communications, in-depth knowledge of all influencer campaign elements, and industry developments
- Handle contract redlines from influencers/managers with our Business Affairs, securing a basic understanding of influencer agreement terms
- Encourage and demonstrate unity behind team and agency decision-making
- Liaison between Accounts, Project Management, MarSci, and Legal teams to ensure client deliverables are met
- Secure and develop long-standing relationships with influencers
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team member
- Leverage data and industry knowledge to identify brand and program appropriate influencers, while balancing a deep understanding of brand objectives

WHAT YOU'LL (IDEALLY) BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Fluency with major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.)
- Maintain industry knowledge of the creator economy, competitors, technologies, terms, trends, costs, and innovations
- Interest and knowledge, has a strong pulse on all the latest culture trends
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Emotional intelligence and ability to encourage team unity
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills
- 2-3+ years of influencer/media/content campaign agency experience
- Superior communication skills and an ability to counsel a range of influencers on campaign needs and coach clients on influencer needs
- Digitally savvy with Microsoft Office suite proficiency and influencer tools like Socialix, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Tagger, CreatorIQ
- Preferably experience working on technology and/or entertainment influencer programs within a global setting
- A demonstrated track record of managing influencers and developing large scale, always on influencer programs
