One of our clients is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team. As the Customer Success Manager, you’ll be in charge of coaching and supporting some of the biggest Creators in the online space. From helping them build and optimize their company store, to brainstorming which digital products to sell, all the way to to making their first deal…you’ll be there every step of the way!
They Are Looking For Someone Who
  • Has experience with coaching Creators or Small Businesses build their online business, and has a proven track record of doing so
  • Is deeply empathetic and genuinely cares about the success of their Creators; someone who is always fighting to be Creator-first
  • Is looking for a ton of autonomy and impact
  • Is a 12/10 communicator. Is crisp and clear, with a friendly and casual tone
  • Has experience managing a large book of business, but still make every single client feel as though they’re being personally taken care of
Qualifications
  • Preferred Background: Has strong experience working with Creators or is a Content Creator themselves
  • Gets things done at 10x the speed of the average person
  • Is intimately familiar with best practices on how to successfully onboard and retain clients via delightful and white glove interactions
  • Systems and Operations: Has a track record of exceeding Customer Success KPI’s (retention rate, CSAT, upsells, etc)
  • Strong personal experience with social media
  • Creator Management Experience: Prior experience in Customer Success or Account Management
