Manager, Global Supply Chain Change Management

The Role:
The Change Management Manager manages the change management process and ensures projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time. Primary responsibility is ownership, creation, coordination, and implementation of change management plans. This role is directly responsible for all Global Supply Chain impactful change management activities, specifically change control management.
The role requires management of all Global Supply Chain Change Management activities to provide a stabilized Global Supply Chain Network across Internal Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Product / Market Launch, Market Variation Management, Market Serialization Requirements, Distribution, and Materials Management. This role requires demonstrated experience and knowledge of change / project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Manage the Global Supply Chain change management process, change management applications / tools and strategy to support Life Cycle Management projects and initiatives
Establish structured methodology and lead all Global Supply Chain Life Cycle change management activities
Assess change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessments of change readiness, risk mitigation analysis and proactively react by identifying / engaging / influencing key stakeholders
Responsible for assignment and management of change control projects through all Global Supply Chain impacted work streams
Partners with Global Supply Chain Life Cycle Project Management Team to ensure status of project deliverables and continuous tracking / reporting of key project milestones are continuously available to all key stakeholders
Reports Global Supply Chain change control project status / tracking meetings on a cadence aligned with project load / timeline requirements.
Analyzes and measures metrics to monitor the success of the Global Supply Chain Change Management process
Manages Global Supply Chain Change Management Business System / Process improvement initiatives
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:
BA/BS preferred in Supply Chain Management, logistics, engineering and/or business administration with 5+ years in Life Sciences - Life Cycle Management
Creativity to develop processes and bring new ideas to the team
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Knowledge of Quality Management System such as TrackWise, Veeva (Veeva Preferred)
Previous experience managing Quality Management System Process (TrackWise, ACE, etc.) Veeva preferred.
Understanding of overall end-to-end Supply Chain processes
Direct experience leading projects involving new product / market launch and market variation management
Strong understanding of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
