Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3) to join our Fabrication Fulfillment Core team in Auburn, Washington!
Our BCA/Fabrication Fulfillment Core team focuses on providing supply chain support for Commercial Fabrication sites. You will contribute as a team member alongside subject matter experts in the field of supply chain, inventory management and expedite to deliver solutions that help The Boeing Company deliver safe, better and more efficient airplanes and products. This is a 1st shift/morning position and the selected candidate must be willing and able to work this shift.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops materials management estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
- Investigates complex ordering conditions
- Presents analysis of performance measurements to senior managers
- Creates complex schedules
- Recommends changes to new or existing corporate and divisional policies
- Develops and implements new ordering methodologies
- Identifies, analyzes, develops and implements best practices, processes and procedures for SCM
- Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations
- Leads teams and is responsible for overseeing, documenting, implementing and maintaining the improvements they contribute
- Works under minimal direction
- Leads cross-functional teams in the introduction of new tools and techniques
- Guides integrated product design/build teams by independently representing Supply Chain Management (SCM) plans and strategies to arrive at optimal solutions
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 3+ years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials
- 3+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting
- 3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
- 3+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience:
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience with eTRAC system (or equivalent shortage tracking system)
- 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically, 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $86,400 - $105,600
