  • Manage decision tollgate process and successful decision and project execution of work transfers or other critical initiatives related to optimizing the footprint and product/component placement.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure technology readiness of the supply chain for the BWRX-300 including full understanding of the impact of cost and technology curves to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Continuously optimize analytical models to ensure strong governance, best decision making and better outcomes.
  • In line with business objectives for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash and Cost, lead a supply chain wide process to build strategic visions for the optimal product strategy and support building out a long-range plan and roadmap for that vision.

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in leading supply chain, engineering or product management teams

Desired Characteristics

  • Ability to articulate ideas effectively and concisely, both written and verbal, to team members, senior management, and customers
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance thought leadership, continuous learning and improvement with demonstrated results
  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude to understand and articulate complicated tradeoffs
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute supply chain long term projects and strategies including understanding of demand planning, transfer dynamics and allocations/cut-ins
  • Demonstrated knowledge of an overall business vision and ability to align supply chain optimization opportunities to that vision.
