Manager, Corporate Fp&A - Real Estate Analysis

As a Manager, you would lead an analyst to inform and empower premier financial leaders so they make the best possible decisions. We want you to focus your strong leadership and communication skills on interpreting data and communicating insights so the numbers come alive. This role will lead key analysis projects across areas such as Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

On any one day you might:

• Lead efforts to analyze and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities, prepare financial models, and make recommendations to senior management on potential investments
• Support ongoing investor and financial communications
• Prepare dynamic messages for different audiences including corporate management, high-level executives, and the Board of Directors
• Analyze cash flow forecasts and business cases for major capital projects
• Showcase your leadership and confidence on a large team
• Support/engage segment finance teams, in addition to corporate functions such as Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations, and Treasury:
• Engage in ad-hoc financial analysis, including Real Estate decision valuation, as well as special projects at the request of the CFO
• Take advantage of “D Learn” opportunities
• Evaluate the Company’s long-term plan, including valuation analysis of different lines of business
• Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Enjoy movie screenings, team building activities and regular lunch-and-learns
• Lead process improvement initiatives across Corporate FP&A organization which may involve standardization of processes, as well as partnership with business, finance, and IT leaders across the organization

Preferred Skills:

• Work experience within the entertainment industry is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning, strategic planning, investment banking and/or corporate finance is preferred

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required (preferred in Finance, Business Administration or related field)

Preferred Education:

• MBA or CPA is preferred

The hiring range for this position in California is $122,940.00 to $150,260.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
